Consultant Services:

Work with drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities to

  •  Advise on policies,  procedures and documentation needed to meet State Department of Health and USDA guidelines
  •   Train food service supervisors and other staff in areas such as nutrition, menu planning, portion  control, and food safety
  •  Create and/or review menus  
  • Provide individual nutrition counseling to clients on physician-prescribed diets and/or those with special nutritional needs
  • Teach classes  on healthy eating to clients in recovery
  • Other duties as requested

May provide similar services to preschools and care homes upon request.
